How do I book an appointment at Stellar Dental?

Does Stellar Dental accept medical aid?
Yes. We accept most South African medical aid schemes. Coverage depends on your specific plan and available dental benefits, so we recommend confirming these with your provider ahead of your visit. See our Payment Options page for more detail.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your medical aid details, if applicable, along with a list of any medication you are currently taking. It is also helpful to let your dentist know about any pain, sensitivity or dental concerns you have noticed.
Where is Stellar Dental located, and is parking available?
Our practice is in Cape Gate, behind Cape Gate Medical Centre and about 500m from Cape Gate Mall. Parking is available on-site. Full directions are on our Contact page.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Do you see children at Stellar Dental?
Yes. We offer paediatric dentistry for young patients and aim to make every visit comfortable, from a child's first check-up onward.
What should I do if I have a dental emergency?

Can I get a payment plan if I do not have medical aid?
Yes. We offer payment plans through Medifin, Zeropay and Mediwallet for patients who do not have medical aid or whose treatment falls outside their available benefits. See our Payment Options page for more detail.
Do you offer facial aesthetic treatments as well as dentistry?

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please contact our practice as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the appointment to another patient and find a time that suits you.
